终于不再 'ngan2 giok'了

相信有几个人都懂我在pc fair做工，是在帮izzi卖broadband service的；从上个礼拜二开始，我就在lowyat开始training，一直跟着18岁的所谓senior；他们都作了蛮长一段时间，所以在presentation和demo上非常熟练；所以整整三天我就傻傻酱跟着他们做sales，很自然的，我吃了3天鸡蛋；

到了pc fair开始的前一天，我连full demo都不熟悉，真的很难想象我会做得成我的第一张单；到了pc fair的第一天，我们整team新人就上去toshiba的counter那里（靠近main entrance）sell我们的pc fair special offer；我的sales也在预料之中，跟整team新人一起吃鸡蛋（有一个鹤立鸡群，卖了2粒，还迟过我training，那时很没有face的罗，不过也只有他一个新人有sales，所以没有压力）；星期五来的人一半以上是看爽的，要买也要等最后一天看有没有更低的价钱，中间遇到丽萍，觉得很开心，因为那时的我真的是显到要脱线了。

星期六开始，非常幸运给我做到第一单生意，真的是兴奋到飘起来，不过其实一点都不难做，因为买了laptop的人有半价优惠，所以70%的人都会买；不过我真的很差，连抄资料我都手震，还要两个senior帮我，实在差劲；期间我送走了很多potential customer，我们所谓miss sales，是会被人鸟的，不过初犯就没有什么计较啦。星期六的生意比星期五的好一到两倍，不过我只是志在破蛋，超兴奋！！

到了星期日，我们的team leader跟我们讲，生意一定会飙到5、6倍；果然，星期日的sales都特别顺利，因为人的心理，一定要last minute才买，不要买贵了东西。老实讲，那一天买都是没有什么差别的。很夸张的，toshiba的laptop出了300多架，老板不懂几开心，拿货和付钱都要排队，而且很长一下，peak hour的时候要等20-30分钟。我们也一直在里面push半价的sales，所有新人都开始破蛋，而且一下子超越senior，真的很吓人。我的成绩平平，算是不错了，也慢慢熟悉开单，demo等等。讲真在pc fair学到的东西会比在lowyat training的时候，快很多；因为你被迫要自己去吸引customers，而且要快快让他想买这个东西；做到中间，我连base station在customer家附近有没有都可以记得一半了，讲的details也越讲越快，目的是送走non-potential customer，让potential customer问我到底在讲什么。我觉得这几天我算是很厚脸皮一下，这个是首要条件。就这样整天只吃3个面包，回到家里才出去吃，那时候已经是12点了，消化不良所以才打blog。
